Hello and welcome to my website.
​ A major life event over 20 years ago led me to seek help and support through therapy. The process of self-exploration had a transformative effect on me and led me to embark upon a 9 year academic journey to learn about and understand the many theoretical underpinnings of psychological therapies.

My academic knowledge, personal therapy experiences and vast clinical expertise underpins my work as a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist. Humanistic integrative psychotherapy relies upon the importance of the relationship between the therapist and client to enable mind, body, feeling, soul and spirit to come together as a whole, with the integration of what it is to be a human-being sitting very much at the core of my work.

Over the many years as a practising psychotherapist, I have been extremely fortunate to have worked alongside hundreds of different people from all walks of life. Every client I have worked with has entered therapy with their own unique life experiencing, and although I tailored my expertise to suit my clients individual needs, one aspect of my approach remained the same and that is my caring and compassionate nature. As a client, you will always be met with respect and care and I will always aim to hold your wellbeing in mind within the therapeutic working relationship that we will establish. I offer a therapy that is both supportive and progressive to help one of the most important people within your world – and that is you.
